Child Safety Standards
Disciply, a product of Spearhead Consulting LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to all content, conduct, and interactions on the Disciply mobile and web applications (the "Platform").
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not use Disciply to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Grooming or attempting to build trust with a child for sexual purposes.
- Sexualizing a child or soliciting sexual content from a child.
- Sextortion, threats, coercion, or blackmail involving a child or a child's intimate imagery.
- Child sex trafficking, solicitation, or commercial sexual exploitation.
- Creating, possessing, distributing, or requesting CSAM, including altered, computer-generated, or AI-generated depictions where prohibited by law.
- Encouraging, arranging, or facilitating any sexual abuse or exploitation of a child online or offline.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report concerning posts, comments, profiles, or groups directly in the Disciply app by opening the relevant item's menu and selecting Report. Reports may also be sent to our child safety contact at vlad@spearhead.dev.
Please include enough information for us to identify the account or content. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM when submitting a report.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services. In the United States, suspected child sexual exploitation may also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline.
3. Review and Enforcement
We review child safety reports and take action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, and cooperating with law enforcement or child safety authorities.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on the Platform, we will remove or disable access to it. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law.
4. Legal Compliance
Disciply complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We respond to valid legal requests and maintain processes for escalating confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
5. Child Safety Contact
Our designated child safety point of contact can receive notifications about CSAE or CSAM involving Disciply and can speak to our review and enforcement procedures:
